On October 16th I will be running the KC marathon my goal time is under 4:45 . (But we will see) I feel slightly under prepared for this race. My body seems to be rejecting all of the torture and there are times in the day when I will sleep for serveral hours to just try to get up the energy for a small tempo run . ( It could be from the Arkansas heat ) all last week it was 100 degrees where I live or it could be my new job that is keeping me worn out either way, I have to figure something out. I don't I get too far in my training and not be prepared. Well ... Now going for a 10 mile hill run ! Later blog~ pray for me ! Xoxo Katie
